OGST-25 Additive containing approximately 25% titanium (Ti) for use in denitrification and deacidification processes as well as creating a uniform interior and exterior hardness on cast products.

MG Series

The MG Series of Ferroalloy additives were developed to streamline the process of adding alloy elements to molten metal casting via ladle. A special manufacturing method helps suppress issues common to conventional Ferroalloys, such as incomplete melting and slag formation, offering superior solubility and a stable yield.

The lineup features products that contain components matched to various applications, including phosphorus (P), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo), Niobium (Nb), etc. These elements are used in a wide variety of applications such as improving cast product mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, thermal resistance, and stabilizing the structure.

MG-Cr Additive containing approximately 60% chromium (Cr), making it suitable for cast item production with improved abrasion resistance and strength.
MG-Mo Additive containing approximately 60% molybdenum (Mo). Effective for improving high-temperature strength and abrasion resistance.
MG-V Contains approximately 50% vanadium (V) and contributes to stabilized pearlite and uniform mechanical characteristics.
MG-Mn Contains approximately 71% manganese (Mn). Effective for adjusting the amount of ferrite and improving mechanical characteristics.
MG-P Contains approximately 27% phosphorus (P). Delivers high solubility, and a stable yield even for ladle addition.
MG-Nb Additive containing approximately 60% niobium (Nb), making it effective for improving cast product thermal resistance and toughness. Contributes to fine structure control.

S-MATE Series

The S-MATE Series is a sulfur additive developed to stabilize the sulfur (S) content of cast products and streamline the additive process. It plays an important role in adjusting the amount of sulfur, which is one of the five main elements in cast iron. Our product lineup allows you to select the right option for your desired granularity and sulfur concentration.

NiSi Alloy

This is a nickel additive for easy ladle addition.

Product Explanation
NiSi Alloy containing 85% nickel (Ni) with a lower melting point than metal nickel, enabling an extremely good Ni yield. This is a granulated product, allowing you to fine tune the amount of Ni.
