Our full-featured lineup includes everything from Silicon-based to graphite-based products accommodating a wide variety of applications such as ladle inoculation, in-furnace inoculation, and late inoculation.
Si is an important inoculant that promotes graphite spheroidization in cast iron and inhibits chilling. It offers excellent diffusibility and deoxidation effects, contributing to improved molten metal quality.
These are Si inoculants with a Fe-Si alloy base.

Sr is known for maintaining inoculation effects in gray cast iron and aiding the precipitation of graphite as well as minimizing chill depth compared to other elements, offering superior chill prevention. Compared to other inoculants, Sr-based inoculant does not result in increased eutectic cells, making it effective for improving shrinkage.
